What to write about
- Something on a page is wrong. Send the page, the sentence and, if you have one, a source that says otherwise. We take these seriously, and the about page explains what happens next.
- A tool misbehaved. Tell us which tool, which phone or computer, which browser, and what you saw.
- A result that seems off. We can’t review your result, but tell us what the tool said and the light you were in. It helps us find where a reading goes astray, especially on deep skin, where our evidence is thinnest.
- Your data. Questions about privacy, or a request to remove your email from the report waitlist. The privacy page lists what we keep.
- Anything else. A trained color analyst who’d review our palettes, a question about how something works, or a complaint.
A couple of things that save time
Please don’t send a photo of yourself. We don’t offer individual readings by email, so we have no use for it, and you shouldn’t have to trust us with it.
If you pressed the button for the Full Color Report and left your email, you don’t need to do anything else. We’ll write when it exists. Until then, write to hello@coloranalysisscan.com and we’ll take you off the list if you’ve changed your mind.
