What’s free, and what the report adds
You don’t need the report to find your season. The scan gives you your season, a runner-up, your readings, six colors and one to avoid, free, and it stays free.

How much is the report?
$19, once. That’s the whole price: there’s no trial that turns into a plan and nothing that renews.
Is it a subscription?
No. Some color analysis apps do work that way. The terms of color-analysis.app, as we read them on November 4, 2026, list $1.00 for the first 7 days, then a plan such as $14.99 a month, and say that all subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.
How does it compare with an in-person session?
An in-person color analysis costs about $200 to $600. One cost guide lists $200 to $600 with a trained analyst in person and $100 to $300 for a virtual session. Sterling Style Academy, which sells sessions, puts its own in New York at $200 to $600. Our guide to the cost goes through what changes the price.
That money buys something a report can’t. A session at House of Colour is always done in person, in natural daylight, with precision-dyed fabric, and you take home a color fan. If you want a trained eye and real cloth in real light, that’s the better way, and it’s worth what it costs. The report is for when you want your colors on your own face, on your phone, at a tenth of the price or less.
